Pin Swag 1/10 Rear Buggy Tires, Pre-Glued, Yellow

The Pin Swag tire combines the outer lugs of a JConcepts front tire with the dense arrangement of Pin Down type pins. The pins themselves are round and peak out to a point. Near the sidewall, a smooth transition drops off to a ledge. The Swag is split down the center in order to contort to surfaces. The tight spacing of the pins minimize wear. A low-profile carcass rolls through the turns and transitions well at high and low speeds. A unique feature on the Pin Swag is the scalloped tire bead, which removes a lot of weight from a normally heavy area. The tips of the bead touch on the inner beads of the wheel, which makes for a great alignment but with reduced rotating weight. During the gluing process, it is also handy to have some breathing room for the glue, and this geometry creates many edges and ledges to adhere to. The pre-mounted tire option is a welcomed addition to the line-up providing racers a professionally mounted tire utilizing top quality inserts on performance-based wheels. The pre-mounted JConcepts tires include open cell, medium inserts for plush control mounted on #3348 Mono wheels.
